Job application data: 6 months if unsuccessful, 5 years if hired
Client project data: Duration of contract plus 7 years
Analytics data: 26 months (anonymised after 14 months)
Inactive accounts: Automatically purged after 90 days

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NeurixFlow.AI's website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeurixFlow.AI, registered in England & Wales.

2. Our Services

NeurixFlow.AI provides AI consultancy, automation deployment, custom AI development, and related digital services. Specific terms are agreed in individual Statements of Work (SOW).

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for business use by individuals aged 18 or over, or companies acting through authorised representatives.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP

All content on this website is owned by or licensed to NeurixFlow.AI. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Client deliverables

Unless agreed otherwise in a signed SOW, all custom work becomes the client's property upon full payment. We retain portfolio rights unless confidentiality is agreed.

5. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver services
Ensure you have the legal right to share any data or materials provided
Not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes
Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection legislation

6. Payment Terms

Invoices due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above Bank of England base rate
Services may be paused on accounts overdue by more than 30 days
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI implementation

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach, non-payment, or unlawful conduct. All outstanding fees become immediately due on termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.

10. Changes to Terms

6. International Data Transfers

Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA we ensure adequate protections through UK adequacy regulations, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or explicit consent. Our primary infrastructure is UK-hosted wherever possible.

7. Data Breach Procedures

Breach assessed within 24 hours of discovery
ICO notified within 72 hours if the breach poses risk to individuals
Affected individuals notified without undue delay for high-risk breaches
All breaches logged in our internal breach register

8. Data Protection Impact Assessments

We conduct DPIAs for any new processing activity likely to result in high risk to individuals, including new AI systems and large-scale profiling. DPIAs are reviewed annually.
